On November 8, 2010 the Reviews response group of the Product Advertising API will no longer return customer reviews content and instead will return a link to customer reviews content hosted on Amazon.com

What this basically means is that all those Amazon plugins and tools that are relying on having review content available to either provide visitor value or SEO value will now be limited to having a link to the page on Amazon.com where the customer review for the product is.
